Poor Packaging and Quality Control

I ordered a few items online last week of which one were a pair of shoes. The shoes that arrived looked like they had been worn, dirty and used. Unacceptable. Not only was I appalled by the state of the shoes they were packaged loosely in the bag with the other items.
