Poor handling of accounts

I paid my account on 29 December via EFT as I did previous months. It was not processed and is reflected now on my credit record as non-payment. To date, after I sent the Proof of Payment - it has still not been rectified. I emailed it to the agent who contacted me and she also didn't respond.
