Poor E-commerce service

I am very disappointed in this service this is the 2nd time it’s happened to me, ordering online and my package is lost. They lost the package and eventually found it not at the store where it needed to be. NONE of the in-store staff were able to assist.

I went to total sports to collect , I was informed the package is not there and has not been delivered. Tell me how is this possible? The store does not have it yet , your services says that the package has been delivered and is ready for collection. We had been driving up and down for this package for a week at this point.

The delivery service you are using is not reliable and your communications for online purchases are not effective. I shop online 80% of the time, if there is open communication for what you paying for there would not be all these issues.
