Poor customer service/ Non-delivery of order.

I ordered a Baden Dorchester 4 slice toaster (light green in colour) online on 28 March 2024 for delivery to Standerton, Mpumalanga. First, the delivery was made to the incorrect address in Rondebosch, Cape Town instead of the address given per the order. As at today, 12 April 2024, my order has not been delivered. I have made follow ups with Bash Support and the matter has not yet been resolved. They do not even know where my order is or what is happening with delivery of my order. They **** to me 2 days ago and said my order was delivered when it was not delivered, even the "proof of delivery" they sent me shows that the delivery was not made. The parcel was picked up in the morning in Century City but was returned later the same day, in the afternoon, to Century City.

It has been over 2 weeks since I placed my order.
