Poor Communication and Delayed Delivery

I had a frustrating experience with Bash. My order consisted of two shipments—only one was delivered to the correct address. Despite multiple calls where I provided the correct address for the second shipment, it was never updated. The lack of communication and support was disappointing, and now my delivery is delayed. Very poor service overall.
