Poor Comms from BASH

The worst. Placed an on Bash for a Jet dress - few weeks went by and order was never delivered to chosen store. (Checked the portal daily for updates / changes to delivery - just kept showing handed over to courier) I received a survey to rate my item / order received - I then emailed them to inform them nothing was delivered and ready for my collection.. they rep**** few days later to inform me that the truck was hijacked. Why did I have to follow up with them - they couldve called, emailed to inform me of this. The refunded the dress and said they are unable to refund my delivery. They provided a 10% off on next order - I doubt I will ever use them again
