Plat club mag

Im so tired going back and forth with this , I’ve asked so many times for the plat club mag to be cancelled as I have not made a subscription to it . I’ve asked for the recording where I stated I want to subscribe but till date has not been provided. Tfg call centre agents will sign you up for things you did not agree too .
