Pending sale for 25 days!

Made online purchase on the 4th of December, my order was pending until I made a call today.Only to be told it was "canceled because of insufficient stock".If this was the case why did it sit on pending items for this long.?

Shopping with BASH has become a nightmare. Once bought a watch,the strap was damaged, sent an email,no one answered. Sometimes we just don't have energy for fights.Ticket #***. I miss my TFG. Unhappy customers.
