PATHETIC SITE, UNABLE TO LOG A RETURN AND BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL NO HONOURED

This is the first time I have the absolute displeasure of dealing with TFG online and certainly the last!

I am unable to log a return – all I get is the help on logging a return!!!

Firstly, the product must be for kids, secondly as a ‘Black Friday Special’ it is ‘ buy 1 get 1 free’! Only 1 item was sent!!!

For many years I do 95+% shopping online – rare that I have the need to comment on such a substandard website – I cannot fathom why when tryingg to log a return, I get help! I don’t need help – simply want to press the return icon, select the order, press return and, at most give a reason and submit – yet this is not possible!

CALL ME to arrange a return please.
