Pathetic service from TFG/BASH

Pathetic service from TFG/ BASH!!! I have had a TFG account for more than 10 years, nit once was a payment skipped. I have been a loyal paying customer but their service recently has been disgusting! I fully paid up my account on 15 May 2023 knowing I plan to buy a big item of R6000. I returned the item 9 days ago and the refund is still not reflecting on my account! I have now been billed for an item that I do not have! TFG expect me to pay for an item I do not have! Its Pathetic! I have been calling customer services, going into store, calling financial department and literally no one can assist me. I have requested a manager from finance to call me (since they apparently don't have direct lines, they can only call you) but nothing!!

They can call you whole day selling you **** but they can't call you when there is a fault on their side! I refuse to pay for something I do not have! Be careful with TFG/ BASH accounts
