Pathetic service

Bash incorrectly made adjustments to my account and now refuses to credit me.

I have no idea how the guys at bash are doing calculations.

Made a purchase of R1628 They canceled items that supposedly wasn't sent to me to the value of R1279 and credited the same amount.

After notifying them that the items were sent and they needed to adjust the amount I returned items to the value of R598..

Rightfully I should be charged R681 but bash refuses to acknowledge this and are now expecting me to pay for the items I have already returned.
