Pathetic Service!

I placed an online order with Bash on 3 July 2023 under Order B***-01. When I received the order, one of the t-shirts (SKU ***4) were unsuitable and I opted to return it. Bash arranged for a courier to collect it. The collection tracker confirms that Bash received the returned t-shirt on 11 July 2023. I have not received the refund for this t-shirt since, despite many interactions with the Bash customer service team and promises from them that they will process a refund (ticket #839581; Bash Online query - Ticket #821180). This is *******! I requested that a formal complaint be logged on 31 July, which they did not do. I requested to speak with the Complaints Manager and have yet to receive a call. On 8 August, I warned that if the matter is not resolved, I will post their incompetence on social media! Clearly reputational damage is not a concern to them as they failed to respond. BASH, this is unacceptable! Please refund my money!
