YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ***********!!!!!!!

I placed an order last week and upon me waiting for the order, I get an email that the parcel was lost in transit and could not be delivered.

I call your customer service this morning and the lady that assisted me was so rude and couldn't explain why exactly the parcel was not delivered.

This item is still available online yet you've cancelled the order, HOW??????

I DO NOT WANT A REFUND, I WANT THE ITEM I PURCHASED.
