Pathetic service

I am so angry, I got a new card in December and a hold was placed on my account for *****. I have the BASH app so I check my transactions all the time. When I saw the hold was still on in February after making payments I was told I need to give produce my id and Bank statement to have the hold removed. I understand the ID but what has my bank statement got to do with TFG? When I produced my ID in the store I was told they are closed on a Sunday and I ended up doing a cash purchase. Not happy with this I will paying up and closing my account terrible service
