PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered 8 platter plates from jet home via bash on the 20th of August .The plates were delivered to Chris Hani Foschini .I went to collect them on the 23rd when I checked the box I found 4 plates broken and was told to go to jet Chris Hani mall for assistance.i went to the store on the 25th and was assisted buy re ordering the 4 broken plates and was advised to get them couriered to my address.i paid for the courrier service and yesterday 27th the delivery came through.i asked my neighbour to sign for it but few minutes later as I was asking her to open the parcel she told me it's not plates.i called the courrier he told me he can't take it back because he has delivered to the correct place I must take it to the store.Today I woke up and went to jet again with the parcel.i sat there for almost 2 hours waiting for bash to respond to the store via email.after they have tried all measures in assisting me in this matter.I left the store no reply from bash no refund only with a baby romper that I never purchased.Im very unhappy about this experience.spending my time,my emotions being toyed around with ,my finances in terms of purchase and travelling back and forth to the mall trying to get this mess sorted out....May I be compensated for such
