Pathetic Customer Service

* Poor customer service * Unwilling to go the extra mile, even though they made the mistake with my order. I was told to contact the manufacturer myself to exchange the item. * It's been a week since the item was eventually collected and my account has still not been refunded.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with Bash and their lack of effort in the matter and further to this, the staff at one of TFG retail stores have also complained about how inefficient the online store is as they are always making mistakes and not willing to assist customers.

Disgusting to say the least!
