Pathetic and *********** and insulting customer service

I wrote a review last week about having received incorrect delivery after I had received half of my stock delivered broken.since 20th August I'm still in a battlefield with Bash to get my refund for my order last week Monday they sent a courrier to come collect the baby romper they had delivered to me instead of plates....to my surprise today the courrier arrives with the same romper again....whilst I'm waiting for my refund
