Parcel not delivered a week later, terrible services full of empty promises!

I placed an order over a week ago, still has not arrived. So unbelievable! Very frustration situations, the agents keep telling the same excuse that the issue will be escalated. They **** to me few hours ago, still waiting for the order. I have been told its coming from Cape town to be delivered within Cape town. How could that possibly take more than 3 days worst case scenario?!

I will never ever use this service again together with their useless courier partner DAWN WING!
