Parcel not delivered

AAAB*** I placed an order with Bash on 26/06/2024, when I track the parcel on RAM it has been saying "ITEMS SCANNED INTO HUB FROM COLLECTION IN Isando, Johannesburg" since 26/06/2024. The parcel is supposed to be delivered to my cousin Nomfanelo Ngidi (+***) 140946 Henly Village KwaMnyandu 2301 in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. There seems to be no movement or update regarding the parcel. I need to know how to proceed further with this problem.
