Package delivery to the wrong customer

I ordered on Bash on the 1st of Nov 2023. On the 13th of Nov when I went to the app I saw that my ordered has been "delivered" , but the package isn't with me. I emailed them. This was the feedback email i got on the 13th of Nov : Hi Lethabo, Thank you for reaching out. We have checked with the courier, the parcel was signed for by a THEMBEKA SIBISI. Please let us know should you not be aware of this person. Best, Thembisa Veldtman Bash Support Team Lethabo: I have no idea who this is. Which address was it delivered to?. Please look into this because how does a person sign off a package whereas there was no code/OTP sent to the owner of the package. It doesn't make sense. I wait for your response in the next 24hrs. Literally I've been going back and forth with the Bash Support Team to this day, On the 20th of Nov. I told them I haven't received received my order. If there is a way I can be assisted I'll really appreciate. I took this watch on account and now I'll have to pay for a package that isn't in my hands with a back and forth communication with absolutely no help at all.
