Out of stock

On the 26/12/23 i made a purchase via your app, order number B***-01. On the 27/12/23 i received an email stating that you guys have cancelled one of the items on my order as it is out of stock. I accepted that.

On the 27/12/23, I visited a Totalsports to purchase a pair of running shoes. They didnt have a size 7 in the shoe that i wanted. So i checked the Bash app and the size 7 was available. So i purchased it via your app while i was in store as i didn’t want to lose out on it, order number B***-01

When i got up this morning i see an email that was sent to me from you guys at about 23:30 last night stating that my order has been cancelled because you couldn’t find stock of it anywhere. Yet if i check in store availability using your app. It shows 3 stores that have it available.

This service is really disappointing. It’s not the first time that i have had this happen. Last year the same thing happened as well. Surely you guys need to update your systems and processes so that you don't over sell and end up with disappointed customers.
