Orders missing off RAM truck and still charged/Terrible Service from Foschini Canal walk

Incompetence on another level. Im still waiting for Nolwazi the store manager to cc me in on an email to head office to notify that 4 of my orders were on the RAM truck. Tfg keeps closing my query as resolved. Canal walk is 29km from me to keep going there and they don't know what they doing nor following through on what they promised. Yourls service is pathetic. This is the worst service ever especially coming from a store like Foschini that's located in the lovely Canal Walk. This is not fair I'm being charged for items that I didn't receive
