Order not showing on their side!!

I ordered an Xbox on the 27 of November, and after payment I immediately received an email with order confirmation number B*******-01.

I did not receive anything after that, I tried tracking my order online and it is not on my profile. When I called their support line, there order is not reflecting on their side and there is no purchase reflecting on my email address. Yet the money deducted on my account.

I just want refund of my money now, this is my worst online shopping experience!!
