Order not delivered and worst customer service

I've made an order on the 18 May 2025 and I was supposed to receive it on the 23 May 2025 Friday but the courier company returned it back as it was requested by the sender. On the 26 May 2025 I've reach out to customer server via chatbot, email and also called them but I didn't get any assistance. All they've said is that the ticket is still open they waiting for communication from the relevant department. I've asked fir time frame for feedback, I didn't get an answer. Worst online shopping app so far. Best they credit back the R1505 into the account if I'm not getting my order
