Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

On 17 January 2026, I received an email stating that my order had been delivered. This came as a shock, as I did not receive any phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp notification to inform me that my order would be delivered on that day.

I contacted Bash immediately after receiving the email and was informed that the driver was Collen Mashaba. I was also sent a delivery receipt, which only shows a signature that is completely unknown to me. There is no name or identifying information of the person who supposedly accepted the order.

Furthermore, I was told that the delivery coordinates indicate that the parcel was delivered “opposite my house.” This is unacceptable, as my residence is a stand-alone property, and no one at my household received the order.

I was advised that the matter would be escalated, however, I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled. It is deeply concerning that an order can be marked as delivered without any proof of who received it or any prior communication to the customer.

I therefore request a full refund for this order as soon as possible.
