Order Cancelled, no explanation.

I placed an order for a watch for my Mother's birthday on the 25th June. The tracking said it had been dispatched to Pietermaritzburg on the 27th June.

Today when nothing had still not arrived, I went online to track it only to see that it had been returned to sender. Not long after that I saw that my order had been canceled and that I would be refunded.

No notification, no reason given for the cancelation. I have emailed the Customer support twice today and am yet to receive any feedback from them. Absolutely shocking service.
