Order cancelation not requested by client!

I placed an order on BASH and made payment. Waited a week and finally got a message to go collect at kuilsriver sport scene. On my waybthere, same day I received the collection otp, I get an email stating my refund has been actioned. Without my consent! I never requested a refund. Then they still only refund my item and not the delivery amount i paid! I want to know why they actioned a refund on my behalf without my request . Is this what they do? Collect money for delivery then cancel the order, refund the item and bag the extra money?
