Online order cancelled without notice

This has been a horrible experience, ive ordered tekkies on 26 September. After the 5 working days i phoned and was said that it was cancelled. Without informing me, no email, sms or phone call. Up until now i have not received any update or my money back.

I will neve make use of Bash Online again. I have been a loyal customer of the TFG group since 2010.

Please review your time and feedback and dont just run the business for sales.
