Online goes from BASH to TRASH

When opening an account at TFG, they allow you to buy in store but if you want to buy online through BASH (where all the stores are listed) it doesn't allow you. After speaking to Leigh-She a ticked was done and like any other customer service in this country you don't get a reply and no contacts you. REALLY what is the difference buying online or in store, GET with the FREAKING times, its 2023 already, how many people goes to the mall to do shopping when you can do it with ease with your kids in the safety of your home!!! If I knew this, I would have kept my other account and never joined the TFG group, freaking (you know what I want to say) pathetic!!
