****** on black- Friday for deal

I got ****** by by on black Friday. As the special was buy one get one free, I received my parcel with only 1. Paid full price, no second pair as advertised for free, not even a discount. I e-mailed them and all they could say is that it wasn't added to the cart of checkout when that would be their issue as it said special of buy 1 get 1 free. If anyone else reads this and has happened to you, we need to report them for false advertising. It's prohibited under national consumer act
