****** Nonsense!!

I’m still waiting for my parcel from Ram. It’s very disheartening to be writing such reviews. My order was supposed to come yesterday according to their portal. It didn’t. This morning at 08:45, I received a text from them saying my order is on the way. It’s 16:24 as I’m typing this and they are not here yet. I am leaving for Cape Town tomorrow and I need those things that i ordered. I comp**** with your SLA but this is what your clients get. If you were having delivery issues, you were supposed to give us a heads up that deliveries will not come at the stipulated SLA. I think it’s time we sue you guys for over promising and under delivering. Start processing my refund because this is bull****!!!!!
