NO SUPPORT

I recently ordered from BASH not knowing the App will not ask to which adres to send it. I mailed them asking to cancel as it was being sent to a location I'm not at. Few days later the parcel arrived at that location and was DELIVERED. When I mailed again they said I got my package and it's sent to where I wanted it sent. How can the courier leave the package there without my consent and HOW can't it be canceled after order. Hate the new take over and the app
