I placed an order with bash 02/12/2024 they split the order into 3 collections. Which one had a delivery date for 10/12/24. Which I have not received. After escalating this issue to them requesting my refund Im being told they have to receive the goods back at their warehouse before my refund. With a turn around time of 10 working days. So it total my wait is extended to 19 days??????
