No Customer support from BASH "Support"

Second week I am getting no response from Bash support regarding a return. Last week I was told to go to Foschini to return a Screen Protector and was told in the shop they could not help me i needed to go to a Hi store, which we don't have in our area. I emailed again and was asked for a collection address as I won't be driving around from pillar to post. I sent the address and didn't receive an confirmation. sent another email and was asked for pictures, but still no response. so I speak to someone else every time because no one is finishing the query and I am stuck trying to sort this out??? You can deliver it to the store closest to me but cannot return it to the same store. Dissapointed. TFG has gone backward since moving to BASH
