Nightmare to return Bash online order!!!

Never ever order something from Bash if you are not 100% sure you will never have to return it. I ordered a watch online. I did not like the actual product although it looked really nice on the picture. I went to an American Swiss Collonade store to return. They told me that they were not able to capture my return on their system, I had to log a request with Customer Services to collect the watch from me. Customer Services told me to return it to a store. I went to two other stores: Hatfield no longer exists although Google Maps shows it is open. Wonderboom Junction could also not capture the return on their system and referred be back to customer services. I went back to Customer Services. They told me that they will refer it to their jewelry dept and get back to me. An hour later a courier came to my house and said they were here to pick up something. They could not tell me what they were here to collect and gave me some name of their customer which was not American Swiss or Bash. I did not want to hand over the item since I had no notification from Bash that it would be collected. Eventually I managed to return the item. No refund. First I was told my return number is not valid, they could not pick it up on their system. I picked it up myself and told them when it as delivered to them and by who. Only weeks later and after a whole bunch of further follow ups did i receive my refund. What a nightmare experience. I would not recommend ordering from Bash unless you are 100% you will never need to return the item!!!
