New broken Laptop

I baught a Laptop and did not open it, after a 2 weeks I noticed lines across the screen and it will just shut down sometimes. I complain about it and now Bash dont want to replace or repair the Laptop that was already damage when i received it. After sending many email on emails to numerous people nothing has been done. The Laptop will be send back to me still broken. What can i do? Seem to me nothing just pay and keep the broken item. Even the waranty on their paper is no use. Bad bad bad
