NEVER ordering on BASH again

Placed an order on the 28th of November with black friday specials. After more then 10 days with no delivery update I contacted BASH support only for them to tell me that one or more of my products were not available so they’ve cancelled my whole order and will be refunding me. If I’d known this earlier I could still have bought from the stores directly and received black friday specials. The most infuriating thing is that all the products are still showing available on their website this whole time for anyone to order. They say once an order is cancelled they can’t reverse it. I asked for a discount voucher for the difference so that I repurchase the items at full price and use the voucher to pay the same price I had ordered it at to which they responded no, the black friday specials are done. Had they not taken 10days to get back to me (after I had to contact them first) then I would have been able to buy at the store. Horrible customer service. Horrible timeous feedback. Horrible attitude and unhelpfulness. Will never be ordering on BASH again.
