Never order from Bash/Tfg you will wait for months for a refund EVEN on items THEY COULDNT SUPPLY! Then they'll lie saying they did refund when they did not! NEVER ORDER FROM TFG/BASH YOU WILL REGRET!

Never ever buy online from Tfg/Bash!!!! I placed an order more than ten items in May, paid once for my order the very next day i got an email that they couldn't honor two of the items i had ordered (black loafers and silver earrings) fine..they said they will refund. Let me tell u even now 25 June 2025 i have not received my refund for itens theu said were out of syock and their ****** agent has the NERVE to claim that they did REFUND on the 19th of May which is a blatant lie theres no refund from tfg/bash on my banking transactions! No.2 I had to go back n forth in store to collect parcels when i should have collected 1parcel at once like i also paid once i didnt make paunrnt fir a penvil then tomorrow paument for bracelet mxm im so pussed off I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM TFG OR BASH WHATEVER GHAA! So when i went to collect my orders i got some but the rest i was told they not delivered yet, kept going back and being told ssne thing till i got a message about returns logged & i was puzzled as i never logged any return and those were items i really was anxious to receive (they had returned them back coz the whole time they were there but never collected) okay fine, then why am i still waiting for my refund even on those item till today weeks after!!!!???? Again the cropk agenf tells me they refunded those items they got bavk from the store which is a lie! I sent her my banking transactions from 19th May till yesterday and the only refubd refkectjng there was from McDonald's! I really regret ordering from them and their items are not good quality makeup cosmetics shoes(worse) NEver EVER AGAIN SIES BA****FG!
