My Order Is Marked Delivered but Not Received – Extremely Frustrated

I am extremely frustrated with @Bash. This is now the SECOND time I’ve placed an order and never received it, yet it’s marked as “delivered.”

The first time was on 28 August last year — no delivery, no communication, and I still paid in full (including shipping).

Now AGAIN, I receive an email saying my order was delivered, but NOTHING was received. I’ve checked everywhere — no package.

This is unacceptable. Where are my orders?

I need this resolved TODAY. At this point, I’m seriously considering escalating this to the media because this is starting to look like a pattern.
