Money not refunded by bash online

Bought clothes on bash online at exact store, the items were not delivered then I was sent an email told that I would be refunded my money back. From 1098.68 I was refunded half of it on the 25th May. So the other half wasn't on refunded then I was told that it was refunded on the 26th May but no money was received. I tried to email them even sent a bank statement to show them that no money was received and still no progress
