Missing Undelivered Online Order

On the 10/12/2023 I placed an order on the bash online portal for Christmas gifts for my family. 3 items were not delivered to me, after numerous calls and emails I had to go instore and purchase alternative gifts as I've not received any feedback from Bash. How can Bash, part of the TFG group provide such dismal services?
