MISSING PACKAGE

I ordered something on BASH on 6 May. 7 May, I get a notification that my package is out for delivery. I then check and see delivery failed due to an address query and I was apparently not available telephonically - NOBODY called me. I then get another notification to say that my package was delivered, but not to me or anyone else at home. A stranger signed for my package, I do not know the person and I do not know where my package is. I have tried the WhatsApp line, tried calling the customer care but I have yet to get feedback. I have never seen such bad customer care in a long time, I'm really not sure why BASH uses this RAM Hand to Hand couriers. Perhaps you can sort this out for me since it's your courier company??
