Missing orders

I ordered 4 items and only got 3 but when I track it status shows it was delivered. I called them they took their time to assist me and they kept on insisting it was delivered to me. But I didn't receive it and now has to pay for it, and it's not the first time they did this and I know they don't refund it or deliver it. Order number B***
