Missing Order

I ordered stuff on the 22 November from Bash app and the next day I received an email to say my order is with courier. I waited the on 27 November at nightI received an email to say my order was delivered but I never got any call or sms that my order will be delivered yesterday like they normally do.

When I contacted them on Facebook, I was told it was delivered and a person called Gilani Ubisi received my stuff and they asked if I know that person and I don’t. I then asked them to provide me with an address as to where it was delivered, no address to show

But my parcel has my details from address to phone number. Then how come it’s delivered to an unknown address and the receiver has a false name

In so upset because now I must wait for them to investigate the matter and it might take forever and the outfit is for this weekend
