Missing order

I ordered items on Bash and they were delivered. The items were separated. I picked up the order and when I got home I realised that one item is missing I checked and saw that the items were separated. I went back to the store and they said it’s not there. I sent bash email to enquire about the order they said they will check for me.Till today it seems as if they can’t locate my second package. I called and the staff also doesn’t know where the second order is.
