Missing items, incorrect sizing, random merchandise

I received two incorrect orders within one week. Order 1: I ordered a Nike tracksuit and a white woollen hat. The tracksuit jacket arrived in the wrong size, the pants were missing, and the hat arrived dirty. When I reported this, I was given a voucher that I cannot use. Until date, no-one has assisted me with it. Order 2: Again, I ordered a Jordan tracksuit set. Only the top arrived, pants is missing. Instead of the pants, I received two striped Jet toddler t-shirts that I never ordered. It's beginning to feel like a bad joke.

This is unacceptable. Missing items, incorrect sizing, random merchandise included, and no effective support. Is anyone actually checking what's leaving the warehouse? Seems Bash is struggling to keep up during the festive season.
