Missing items , damaged packages

I am extremely disappointed with Bash. I received a damaged package with missing items, and even after reporting it immediately, the refunds team dismissed my concern without properly investigating the delivery side. They only looked at the packing records, which doesn’t explain why my parcel arrived damaged and incomplete.

I also rely on online shopping because of health reasons, so this experience has caused me a lot of stress. What hurts even more is being told “there’s nothing we can do” and having the chat closed on me while I’m still asking for help.
