Urgent: Missing Item from My Order – Natural Pleated Skirt

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recurring issue with my online orders. Most recently, I placed an order that included the Natural Pleated Skirt. However, when I went to collect it from the store, I was informed that the item had not arrived. Despite this, the Bash email confirmation I received falsely states that my order was successfully delivered. The only item I actually received was the Black Pleated Skirt. The Natural Pleated Skirt was missing entirely. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this problem. On a previous occasion, I drove all the way to Foschini to collect an order, only to be told it hadn’t arrived either. These repeated delivery failures are extremely inconvenient and disappointing, especially considering the time and effort I’ve spent traveling to the store. I kindly request that you: - Investigate the whereabouts of the missing Natural Pleated Skirt - Arrange for immediate delivery or collection of the item - Ensure this issue does not happen again in future orders I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution.
