Missing item

I am writing as a very disappointed regarding Bash order ,because when my order arrived the package was tempered with and bashed.and to make matters worse one item was missing including my shoes It’s extremely frustrating that I spent my hard -earned money only to receive incomplete order.and I’m really disappointed with the response from Bash cause it seems like my complaint isn’t been taken seriously,they don’t want to take responsibility I really need a full replacement of the missing item please help.
