I would like to make an awareness about Bash to all their loyal customers like me, so I bought iconography earrings from bash last week and I was very disappointed to receive an empty box from bash and I immediately I called them to report the matter , they kept on sending me emails that they were still running some investigation ;and later today they send me an email to say they can’t refund me how sad, and this means if this was a purchase of thousands I would have lost that much, please be careful with Bash and not be the victim like me , it did me soo wrong. Such a big company! They delivered an empty box and I’ve lost my money for nothing. Who ever did this from their warehouse is someone who does it all the time and get away with it hence customers experience such pathetic customer service, I regret buying from Bash and I hope this review will make an awareness to everyone not to fall into the same trap of trusting to buy any piece of jewellery from them. Buy at your own risk you will not be refunded no you will get Any replacement for your missing order, Bash has proven me today that they cannot be trusted
